3. What material is your helmet made of?
Our helmets are crafted from high-quality materials. The outer shell is typically made from robust and lightweight materials like fiberglass, polycarbonate, or carbon-fiber composite. The lining consists of impact-absorbing foam, engineered to provide cushioning and enhance safety.

4. Can I customize the design of the helmet and do you accept OEM/ODM?

5. Do you guarantee the product?
We provide 1-year warranty for our products. In the event that you encounter any issues with the product, kindly take some photos and send them to us via email. Upon confirmation, we will offer you the optimal solution.

6. How do you ensure production quality?
Prior to production, we will confirm all production details. Once the product is completed, we will send you a picture for inspection. We will dispatch the goods only after receiving your approval of all details.

7. When will you ship my order?
Normally, it will be shipped within 3 - 7 days after receiving your payment. However, this can be negotiated based on the order quantity and production plan. Custom orders generally require 7 to 25 days.
